svs-project-add-structures [OPTIONS] [--] structuredb projectdb
Description
Initialize the project database by records from the structure database.
Arguments
| structuredb pathname to the structure database
|
| projectdb filename with the project database
|
Options
| -i, --input FORMAT input molecule format (Default: xyz)
|
| -p, --progress print progress
|
| -u, --usehiearchy use hiearchy
|
| -v, --verbose increase output verbosity
|
| --version output version information and exit
|
| -h, --help display this help and exit
